Streetsįind the fountain on the opposite side of the gazebo. After the next big ramp, you should see the Secret Tape on top of the high rails. Next, get on the right side of the bridge and use another quarterpipe to cross the next gap. Then, take the quarter pipe and jump over the gap. Downhill Jamīefore you reach the dam, take the leftmost ramp so you can leap onto the highest rail. Find the ramp with the arrow on it and use it to get onto another rooftop, where you'll find the Secret Tape. There is an area of the roof with a quarterpipe around it. You can get onto the roof by using the truck. At the end of this rail is the Secret Tape.
Jump off the ramp and grind the light rail. On the right side of the map, get on the ramp that's on top of the car. Grind this pipe and you should find the Secret Tape when you jump off.
Get on the air conditioning unit, and you'll see a pipe connected to an awning. To find this Secret Tape, first you'll have to get on the roof of the gym. You can find it above the half pipe by ramping off either side of it.
